Lightning-Infused Leggings does have same textures as shaman t10 so they are working already.

and what comes to Draconic Bonesplinter Legguards, i don't do any mods for them because then every hunter would have shaman look a like pants.
also those DBL pants are rubbish for shaman anyways.

as i have said it before, my patch only applies to Tier10 content items:
- Ruby Sanctum loot
- Ice Crown Citadel loot
- 264ilvl craftables
- 264ilvl emblem of frost gear

just by lookin at your screenie, i see that you have gloves, belt and boots from Tier9 raid content.
