Nude mod

So I have been having some issues with a nude mod that I have downloaded recently. I would like to use the mod to alter my character's appearance and still wear all of my armor. I was wondering if anybody has some kind of armor hider for chest and shoulders. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
