I assume you mean here the TW editor with the data:
- Readme.txt - TWEditor.jar (Java) file - TWEditot.lnk (icon in the window with actual shaft)
The first Java from the Internet install, if maybe even on the PC.
So I made it:
- The file TWEditor.jar into the install directory of The Witcher Copy. (In my F: \ Witcher1)
- The file TWEditor.lnk to C: \ Documents and Settings \ ... \ Start Menu \ Programs \ Games copy (In my case WinXP) - To have I have a TWEditor icon in the game folder (you can also ruberziehen determined with the mouse) click
- TWEditor icon with right mouse button and go to Properties. - There is at target:% windir% \ system32 \ javaw-Xmx256m-jar <install-directory> \ TWEditor.jar - The other in:% windir% \ system32 \ javaw.exe - Xmx256m-jar C: \ Witcher1 \ TWEditor.jar (For me)
It depends on where you're The Witcher install. The command can differ in Win7, I do not unfortunately!
Then still print OK and that was it ...
If you now click on the icon, the editor had to start.
So this time I installed: on Win7, as you've seen right, I can not start the editor with your information. I've got The Witcher on the hard drive C:, but also starts not know who I C: \ Witcher enter, Googling times. Thank you.
Habs now found out without google. On the file simply Win7 TWEditor.jar the Witcher folder, done. Without leading to another. The other second file does not need.
Java does it like you have not written correctly. As there was nothing but the fifth attempt, I thought I'd try it this way, and then this worked wonderfully.
