How do i use mpq editor?

I want to add the 9 races breasts, the Zilem patchzer and a draenei model to wow but I don't know how to use the mpq editor to merge them. I know that they need to overwrite the SoundCache-patch-xxxxx.mpq files after 4.03 came in, but which ones should I use? And how do i merge the files to get them all in? Please help! :s

The breast model edits don't work anyway now... Only skins (recoloring of textures).
