Nude mod

Hi! I need help with getting the Mass Effect Texmod to work. I followed the directions created by the author: AjuntaPall316. IE: I copied the proper armor files, changed the armors I wanted to the NKD and I used the texmod with the file selected to start the game. I get the Barbie look with no change. Please help!
