Nothing, you just have to wait up to an administrator manually unlocks. This may take a long time differently. I would say at most one day.


So as I said, you can download already, but now the upload to your question, yes what upload as much as heiut mods, that is not directly, but the corresponding mod you have to send, which it then at the right time to upload . (=

Hello,
I understand you want to leave the spammers out, but come on... Newly registered users have to make 5 "meaningful" contributions before they can download? How do you expect newcomers to actively participate and in a useful way, before they even are able to access the "real" contents?

I have to agree I was just robbed and all of the mods that I was using were on the computer they took those sights that I got the mods from down.

Have to agree with this, it does seem incredibly strict and doesnt really help to grow the community (though that may be their intended purpose). Oh well i guess..

Newbie here and kind of confused. Have been registrered for a few months but faulty hardware has kept me from browsing the forums as I shoud. The question is How do I get to the downloads being a new member?
