I got stuck at the Atomic Wrangler. I followed the marker but it kept taking me to the top floor between the window and the plant. nothin was there on my screen however. any suggestions?

I dont see any of the NPC's naked, i heard theres a mod that makes them, how do you make them naked because they arent for me help would be very appreciated thanks
