I've tried to install this mod about 20 times, but can never get the npc mandamus to appear where he's suppose to be, I get the promt to go see him.(arrille trade house/tavern) but hes never there. When i check files in the loader screen, it says needs morrowind & bloodmoon esp masters to run and both have changed since last save, even if I had just installed n never played them yet. I've tried install with game patches & w/o them. When loading game i get promt if romance master error.
