Nude mod

Hi sorry if I'm being a bit noobish, but I've been trying to to download and install the Dyable(i think thats waht its called) breast enlarging model edits. but I have no idea how to do this, I've downloaded this link:

people are saying I should have mpq files but I have skin and m2 files, and I don't know where to or do with them. If you can't tell, I'm new that this and never tried model editing before :/
