Patches are usually released every 2-4 weeks.
They usually contain some additions to the game world, and bug fixes. But because many bugs are already fixed, and patches are rare.
It still lacks some dungeons that are still in the design and it is often complemented side quests, as these due to lack of time before release to come shortly.

The last patch 1.1.0.0 had slipped two bigger mistakes in the new content that should be fixed with the patch to 1.1.0.2. Also the means and hard mode for the new world was inserted. But by the Nehrim.esp was a bug brought back into play, as it has over written with the fix again (Beschwoerungszauber not worked outdoors). With the 1.1.0.4 Nehrim.esp was replaced with a new version that ran away but unfortunately many interiors. The result was a highly charged game save but solved quickly and effectively. Besides, there was a fix, so you could get in the new world Zerobilon in hard mode is no longer infinite experience (it was used the wrong variable that caused).

As the Nehrim team is very small (8 people!), And the group Nehrim Beta only about 10 members is large (of which I have not heard that they were also test patches), there are before patch release no greater test to rule out such errors. This will be done much faster fixes.
