Hello,sorry if i made mistake on posting,don't know if it's a right place.
I have a problem with editing UI background pics.

When i insert a pic in the square part and save,i have the white border left,like it's pasted on a white paper.
I searched the web and stumbled upon a tutorial how to fit the borders right,but i forgot where it was Need help with editing custom pics in UI background

Get the image program called "GIMP" it lets you do transparency and multipulr layers just google GIMP download to find it hope this was helpful ^^

When you open the original pic in Photoshop, check if there's a second layer (in addition to the one with the art) labeled "background". Delete it and it ought to restore the transparency.

If that doesn't work, you might try creating a new image of the correct size and ensuring that its background is transparent (there should be an option for this in the new file dialog), then copy-pasting the frame into that file. In either case, if it shows the white/gray checkerboard, it should save transparent.

If it saves transparent, but doesn't show up that way in WoW, you might need to check your BLP converter's settings.

Just a guess, but it seems you are flattening the layer instead of leaving it as a floating image.

When you flatten it, it adds the background. Save it as a layer, instead of as a background.
