Maybe a little more of a stream-lined tube shape for the shaft? (Sans the "hump" on the top of it)
Again, awesome work and I think I can speak for everyone in the fact that we are all very appreciative of it!
Agreed - this is probably the next step, I'm going to mess around with textures a bit .... I'm kind of curious to see what types of textures you can actually get to work when exporting an OBJ-
But YES - I need more variation - and even the one I have NOW needs some work.
The GOOD news is that this kind of stuff is really really really easy to adjust in maya! Whoohoo! And I made a flacid ---> hard animation (which I should find a way to upload ....) Which Illustrates this. But I'm going to look at more reference, and make a couple of variations and post some screens.
WHO KNOWS A BETTER WEBSITE TO POST ADULT THEMED PICTURES WITH???
True about the flowers, but the flowers vanish when you sheath them. You'd have to whip that big ol' cock out after every message you type. _________________ Here's mah guild site!
My style is to just plow ahead and only explain stuff if people ask, so if I'm confusing ask. And you did!
A geoset (often also called a submesh) is a collection of verts that is grouped together and given an ID so that the game can turn them on and off. Every hair style a character has is stored in a separate geoset. Legs vs. dresses are stored in 2 different geosets. The hanging parts of tabards are a geoset.
The IDs are universal so that WoW's engine doesn't need to know details about a particular model. For example, to turn on the dress-legs thing, wow tells the model to render geoset 1302 instead of 1301.
If you load up WoWModelViewer and choose the View\Show Model Control menu option it will display a window which lets you turn each geoset on/off individually. Unfortunately, it only displays the index of the geosets (along with a guess as to what it's ID means), but not the ID. My tool can help with that part: point it at the M2 file you are curious about, turn -off- all the Operations, uncomment GEOSETDETAILS in the PrePrint section, and run it.
So, for example, I opened up Draenei female in WMV and found out that the big, boxing champion belt is geoset #17. I then run my tool on that model file and get this:
Code: ----------------------------------------------- View 0, 56 geosets @ 0x1E680 36168 tris 8691 indices lod=256
BTW, you only want to look at View #0. Anyhow, we can see that geoset #17 has ID 1802, and so we put 1802 in the "modelAttachmentGeosetID" field of my tool's ini file and the penis will be welded to that*.
*Well, sort of. You can actually use other fields to offset that so for example the penis can attach to the right place instead of the navel. What I mean by "welding" it is that it will move the same as the belt. So, when the character's hips move, the penis will move similarly.
Oh, one other thing. WoW never does this but if you give multiple geosets the same id they get switched on/off at the same time. So, if you gave the penis geoset id 1301, which is the id for legs-not-dress, the penis would be visible all the time -except- when the character is wearing a dress. _________________ Skins: Links:
